BIO

Dr Gouvide is an interdisciplinary researcher in climate change, environmental health and infectious disease epidemiology, with a strong focus on malaria and other climate-sensitive vector-borne diseases in West Africa. He is experienced in mathematical modelling, geospatial analysis and data-driven decision support for public health interventions. Committed to the One Health approach, integrating human, animal and environmental health to strengthen climate-resilient disease control and health systems in low- and middle-income countries.
