I am a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, public health, policy, corporate affairs and strategic partnerships in China and Asia Pacific. My work has spanned multinational pharmaceutical companies, public health organizations and cross-sector initiatives involving government, healthcare institutions, academia, industry and civil society.

My current interests focus on how organizations and leaders build the relationships, partnerships and capabilities needed to improve population health. I am particularly interested in organizational renewal, social capital, healthcare leadership, women’s health and healthy ageing. Alongside my doctoral studies, I remain actively engaged in international healthcare leadership and public health initiatives in Asia and beyond.
