I am a Research Fellow in Food Systems, Health & Sustainability, within the Planetary Health Group in the Department of Population Health . I joined LSHTM in July 2021, with a BSc in Food and Human Nutrition from Newcastle University and an MSc in Nutrition for Global Health from LSHTM. I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist, with brief previous experience in both NGOs and the private sector.

I am currently undertaking a PhD exploring children's consumption of fruit and vegetables, and have a particular interest in the potential of school growing interventions.
