BIO

Ralph is a senior member of the Newborn Health team, and works closely with Professors Joy Lawn, Cally Tann, Eric Ohuma and other Principal Investigators across the NEST360 Alliance and allied awards externally, and the Maternal and Newborn Health Group internally, to develop strategic planning and implementation, governance, and accountability. He provides leadership for the strategic, financial, administrative, logistic and operational activities within the Newborn Health team, which consists of around 30 staff and around 10 active grants and donations.

Ralph manages support across all team and LSHTM processes, including grant applications and research projects; management of human resources; fundraising and financial requirements; and alignment with School, auditor and funder regulations.
