My main research interests are policy evaluation, causal inference, health microeconometrics, performance measurement, health care financing and quality of health care. I am co-Principal Investigator of the SORT project, an NIHR funded study that will provide evidence on inequalities, comparative effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of treatments for three major types of cancer. I am also working on the PERMIT project (identification of person-level treatment effects in diabetes care) and on the evaluation of the implementation of the Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision Green Paper.
