RESEARCH INTERESTS
I have a long-standing interest in the development of statistical methodology and data analysis for longitudinal and survival data. It includes the development of new statistical methodology and application of existing methods to real-world data. I expertise in working with large datasets with data collected from observational studies and/or electronic health records. For example, analyses and inferences are made using data extracted from the databases of National Vascular Registry (NVR) and Hospital Statistics Episode (HES) to describe the trajectories of disease progression in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) across the UK.
Key words: medical statistics, longitudinal data analysis, survival data analysis, observational studies, peripheral arterial disease, NVR, HES
