My current research interest is linked to my current role as Module Organiser in the DL programme and focuses on student engagement and satisfaction in the context of distance learning studies. Between 2007-2014, I worked with the Communicable Diseases Policy Research Group on various projects funded by the Global Fund, European Commission, United Nations, the World Bank and Roche. My research foci were on 1) public health law and pandemic influenza, 2) integration of HIV and TB programmes into mainstream health systems, and 3) corporate and public pandemic preparedness policies.
